Methodology


During the implementation of the service process, Cityray owned Project Management Office (PMO) to manage all of the PMP ® holders. The role of PMO is to cite with the past project experience and well-known market standards PMP ®, formulating the effective project management pattern and monitoring all projects to ensure the successful completion in service.

After years of practical experience, Cityray has proposed the implementation period into four stages: initial stage, the planning stage, the implementation stage and completion stage and take control in entire documents. Among signs of customers which are the key to promote the implementation phases, but also an important part in establishing customer satisfaction. At last, all projects successfully on schedule is a manifestation of high-level implementation services.

Throughout the project, Cityray put a major focus on related processes and delivered documents, including project delivery documentation, change management, emergency matters management, acceptance criteria and project time management.
