Users can dial Cityray service phone / fax, or contact the extension of your service engineers to get the answers of common problems encountered in daily application and obtain the application suggestions;

•Online Services:
Users can get help from the online technical documentation support, or through e-mail with Cityray to get the answers of common problems encountered in daily application and obtain the application suggestions;

•On-site service:
For those problems cannot be solved by hotline or remote, Cityray will arrange on-site service for customers, to view, location, diagnostics and on-site troubleshooting;

•Remote Service:
Authorized by the customer to agree Cityray service personnel to remotely connect client software application site, to view, position, diagnose as well as to provide solutions and application guidance;

•Return services:
In order to ensure users higher quality services and products, Cityray will arrange occasional customer visits or satisfaction surveys, to listen and analyze their needs and opinions. Integrate with the HR product scheme, to provide users with more value-added HR products and services;
